Sourdough Flats

The Nut Hut proudly represents Wind Chime Foods LLC and their delicious Sourdough Flats!  We love that they prepare their flats with traditional sourdough starter (theirs is named, Dona Perfecta), organic wheat flours, organic extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. The dough is cold fermented then topped with a seasoning blend & finishing sea salt, then baked to perfection. Depending on the flavor, you can pair these with a wide variety of sweet or savory options from dips to hummus or fruity cheese spreads.  Elevate your next cheese board or appetizer.  We enjoy them right out of the bag!
