Damage:
Please report any damage or breakage within 2 days of receipt for Claim Processing. Please keep all packaging and contact us for assistance at info@thenuthut.com. Do not discard any packaging or contents.
Returns/Exchages:
We are sorry, but Food products cannot be returned.
Merchandise Returns will be accepted with a Return Authorization Number. Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in perfect new condition. Freight & Handling charges are not eligible for refund. Customer will be required to ship the merchandise back to The Nut Hut C. We encourage customers to ship with full replacement insurance value, since the merchandise must be received in perfect condition in order for a Refund to be processed.
