This is a mild honey that tastes floral with vanilla notes. Acacia honey pairs well with any fruit and yogurt bowls and with cheeses. This honey is raw and naturally remains liquid; it does not crystallize. This honey is harvested from the Maerkische Schweiz Nature Park in Germany.
